Erica Lowman, is a licensed REALTOR® affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. She fuses a professional background in Customer Service, Training & Development, and Marketing to provide a remarkable experience for each of her Real Estate clients. As a trusted adviser, she is more than an agent; she is a full-service resource, leveraging her knowledge of the metro-Atlanta market, neighborhoods, and service providers, to help assist buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

A native of Columbia, SC, Erica has pursued excellence in her endeavors. Through early life achievements in fine arts, academics, and volunteerism, she learned how to balance work and play to achieve success for herself and others. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Erica gained valuable customer service, project management, and leadership skills working as a Flight Attendant, and subsequently Learning Facilitator, with Delta Air Lines. Driven to achieve more, Erica earned a Master of Business of Administration degree in Marketing and applied its theories and principles to positions in Event Management, and later Field Marketing with Chick-fil-A in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Through a variety of marketing strategies, Erica's efforts contributed the establishment of positive brand positioning in the Los Angeles market, improving single location sales to $2.5 million in 2 years.

Erica is a lifetime member Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where she participates in programs to serve women and children in Cobb, Cherokee, and North Fulton Counties, as well as around the world. In addition, she is a member of the North Suburban Atlanta Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Inc.  Erica volunteers with North Fulton Community Charities, The Sandwich Project, and Backpack Buddies, and is a member of civic, service, and professional organizations including the Alpharetta Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta REALTORS® Association, National Black MBA Association, Roswell NEXT, and UGA Alumni Association. A Roswell resident since 2015, Erica and her husband, Hal, have become deeply rooted in the tapestry of their community. They are active members of their Homeowners Association, PTA, and Eagles Nest Church. Most importantly, they are the parents of 2 young children and a Maltipoo, as well as avid supporters of the University of Georgia, and Atlanta Falcons.
